no, the actual eye is ok, but you need to add the detai around the eye, eg shading underneath, eyelid above, highlights etc. smudging a closely related grey around it may help to.
otherwise its actually looking very good.
i would try adding some layers to the mane and tail, where you keep adding detail with 60% opacity lines, then lightly smudging them, then adding another layer and doing it again with a lighter colour, then anpther layer, with a darker colour etc until you build up a bit of depth with the mane and tail.

Its a little strange...i spend most of my time on the face usually and this time I spent most of the time on the body and it looks great... :P
anyother tips...(Pxehorse I WILL use that tip on doing manes and tails but not on this coat 'cause i'm sick of it :P)
