I use Photo Impact PRO Version 13 and yes I can spend up to 2+ hours on each layout I make.

can you make me a layout? well, really a banner. can it be a valley, with mountains around it, and a waterfall, and lake? could the waterfall be moving, (and the lake) and could there be some horses grazing, or galloping, (if you can get them to animate) if you can't get them to animate, please just let them graze.
