Just a little Work for EVERYONE

Post by Foxpelty on Sat Jan 03, 2009 12:26 am

I thought I would challenge everyone with this horse picture I made. It will help you practice shading and texture. Most of the horses are young so They're a bit fuzzy.

I made it. I'm better with back sides than I am with front sides. You'd be surprised xD And what do you mean 'did I line art it'?

It doesn't work? How come? Grayscale should be fine. Do you fill it with the paint bucket? It's not meant to be filled. I always do every stroke as I go. Try a big pixelled brush and color them in that way.

Grayscale can still be converted to a workable mode...I'll try this later. I'm actually working on several coats right now lol so I need the fun a challenge like this would bring. Gives me time to back off the coats and not get burnt out. Fox I have a request for you, could you supply us with some more lineart like this, for bases?

Lol no one wants to see my bases. They look like dogs. I can do really good by hand on paper but not on the computer

horses in motion, or classic breed poses or gaits. Some appaloosa horses would be cool too...too much? I so cannot wait to get a tablet!
