What I have found - that is helpful, is to ask 1 or 2 of my "faithful" grooms to stay on as a riding instructor and then to advance to Vet. Of course, I do offer a nice bonus or a BM item.

no it is not you.,... i have been needing a vet and RI for 6 months... i get a RI ever once in a while but i have not had a vet since i was my own vet. and i moved up to a saddler ..at least u can get temp help for the other jobs but u cant for a saddler.
