And why is there a Tie-breaker there was no confusion at all I won Sigh.

I have several computers in my house and a lot of brothers/sisters (2 brothers 1 sister) and they know this website. They may have voted for me, and they have the same IP address as all my house computers do. So if that is why I'm banned please lift it this isn't fair.

Shiny-I don't know anything about being banned, and I do think you won the first time, but the masses have spoken. Congratulations Mayxa for definite improvement over your earlier coats. Please submit a new base for the next contest.

And Shiny, I would personally love to see you do something new for you...maybe a fantasy horse color or something else challenging.
