I'm working on mine, and of course, the head turned out great but I got down to the neck and shoulder, of course, it stopped being great and I failed it *sniffle* I'm still trying though.

No, I used a dev photo. sadly, I suck at realistic ones unless I trace them or at least Base them off a photo. My drawn ones look like this usually:
