ok guys, heres a new tutty! it works for photoshop and gimp... i guess lol

its quite fuzzy. so sorry. i have a copy of part one, and its not as fuzzy, i don't think. so i will post it at the end of the message, to get some of the steps clear. they are not the important ones, but still lol

It's great! Splashup does not have a good smudge tool, no dodge/burn, no cool brushes, or special effects. Does anybody know any other programs that have what I need? You know what they are.lol

GIMP, Photoshop... i don't know about Corel... but Gimp and Photoshop definantly Very Happy

If you want something free... then GIMP. It would have dodge/burn, smudge, blur, etc.
