Ok people it's time to submit your coats and start voting!
The only entries that will be counted will those based upon LuckyHorse's base coat she submitted 2 weeks ago when she won the very 1st contest.
Once all entries are submitted we will officially vote starting tomorrow evening and let it go till Sat. evening at 9pm.
Winning person will then be given a banner for their home page and given till Monday to submit a new base coat for the next contest to be held again on the 28th of November.
Base coats submitted MUST be of your own work
*or a base by someone who has given permission for their usage (such as my bases, Ow's forum bases etc. ) Just anyone who has freely given permission publicly to use their work.[u]
