Personaly, I like the mane. The face is bothering me in a bit. No offence 
but it seems too round, try making the cheek more blended.

Yes, I agree. The face bothers me too... it looks sorta stocky. And the ears need fixing. And the eyes could have a bit more help... I have a tutorial by Hokota in my EC forum on howrse that I use. it works great!

I think the white in the horse looks strange... along with the shading? Maybe try to shade the head more and make it more realistic? also the bottom neck could be better. I love your mane and forelock though!

I actually love that! It's great. You could make the ear look a bit better though but other then that it's great.
