I have 3 transparent layers going and one non transparent layer...I just put a background layer to backdrop the horse, than I went in and erased all round the horse so that the background showed through. In the final version I will have a different background..this is just as a contrast right now...

Yes..I am working with layers....
I said that I have 4 in that picture right now....
I am working with a xcf or what ever GIMP's natural one is...so in order to upload I have to save it in JPEG which doesn't do layers..but I am working with layers.

Hah! I figured it out! I just had to Remove the Alpha Channel and then do it over again. But I also did save it as a JPEG. So...... I don't know. Well I'm going to start on it now!
